  I am happy to know that the government college for Women, Parade
  Jammu is updating its website. I hope that the website is so designed
  as to meet the needs of the students in consonance with the changing
  knowledge patterns.

  I also hope that this website will be used by the society at large who
  may contribute their suggestions for running this institute in student-
 friendly manner, keeping social ethos in view.

 The Government College for Women, Parade, Jammu is J&K State's Leading Educational Institution providing quality education to students. The college was established in 1944, re-accredited by National Assessment and Accredited Council and granted A grade. The College has also been designated as A Lead-College of J&K State.

This college offers a wide variety of undergraduate courses and select postgraduate courses. The assurance of student quality comes from a high end teaching program, delivered by well qualified and dedicated teachers, who take care to instill not just the knowledge but also the right attitude and skills in the students so that their education is holistic and relevant to a globalized context.
